Additional Costs & Savings

A $10-50 credit off the cost of a student's next session for each new student referred.

A $15/hr additional charge will be added for any session not paid for by that session's end.

If services are to be performed in person outside the Williamsburg, VA or Tulsa, OK areas, a $0.75 a mile fee will be added to the hourly rate. In addition, services performed in person outside of a 60 mile radius of either the Williamsburg, VA or the Tulsa, OK areas will be subject to $20/hr travel time in conjunction with the mileage fee.

A $50 charge will be added for any returned checks.

To avoid being charged for your appointment, a 24-hour notice is requested for canceling and rescheduling.

All tutoring and consulting sessions are based on one hour increments.
